Leadership Unbound:
A Group Coaching Program

Today we find ourselves living in unprecedented transitions. The global scope of change we face together is disrupting how we live, work, and love, and the changes continue to escalate.

We require new forms of thinking, feeling, sensing and relating.

Whether your life has retained some homeostasis or you are currently immersed in crisis and loss, collectively we all require courage, vision, and discipline to shape better-shared futures, and to lead others towards new imagined possibilities of community rooted in love, forgiveness and compassion.

The Leadership Unbound: Group Coaching Program is a practice space for empowering practitioners to embody a radical commitment to be for everybody and catalysts for beloved community.

This Group Coaching Program is for you:

  • If you are clear that ethnocentric, rivalrous dynamics are a path to self-termination.

  • If you are a leader, coach, facilitator, consultant, and organizer who believes we must revivify the legacies that teach us how to harness love in service of realizing communities of freedom, fairness, and love.

  • If you have a track record of leading and/or facilitating across different groups (racial, political, religious, etc.)

  • If you feel your own inner work and development is essential to realizing the visions you serve and you want group coaching support to catalyze your greater development.

The end is reconciliation; the end is redemption; the end is the creation of the beloved community. It is this type of spirit and this type of love that can transform opposers into friends. The type of love that I stress here is not eros, a sort of esthetic or romantic love; not philia, a sort of reciprocal love between personal friends; but it is agape which is understanding goodwill for all [people]. It is an overflowing love which seeks nothing in return. It is the love of God working in the lives of [people]. This is the love that may well be the salvation of our civilization.
